One point you mentioned on your blog...Thanks Rene!<br /><br />One point you mentioned on your blog is the incredibly expensive PI plannings.<br />I remember one lesson here: "You pay the travel cost one way or another" - i.e. if you don't colocate people for planning, chances are you pay the price in reduced productivity or lower product value.
