How much is the fee?
In my Pay As You Like (PAYL) model - you yourself get to decide how much the session is worth to you after you had it!
If you feel uncertain about what I consider decent tiers:

| Bronze | Have a coffee | Do you believe the session was a nice chat? I'd appreciate a token to buy a coffee or a meal. |
| Silver | An hour for an hour | Do you believe the session brought you ahead and gave you learnings? I'd appreciate if you'd pay me what you normally make in an hour (gross). |
| Gold | "Pure Gold" | Do you believe this was the most valuable session you had in a long time? Consider what you'd pay for a personal 1-hour training course - that would make me excited. |
| Charity | Paying it forward" | You loved the session, but are really having a hard time right now? That's okay. I also had hard times. Please pay it forward when life gives you an opportunity. |
| Improvement | "Feedback instead" | Do you feel that this session wasn't worth your time? Please offer me feedback so that I can improve! |
| Engagement | Getting serious | A potential outcome of PAYL is that you'd like to engage me as a coach/mentor, or order some of my training courses. If you do that, we'll work out something, and you don't need to pay me for this session. |
